Purchaser Responsibility
Qualified Researcher Requirement
By making a purchase from RNXresearch, the buyer unequivocally confirms that they are a qualified researcher or affiliated with a legitimate research institution. Buyers are solely responsible for ensuring that they possess the necessary scientific expertise, equipment, and facilities to safely and appropriately handle the purchased research chemicals.
Compliance with Regulations
The buyer assumes full responsibility for understanding and complying with all applicable local, state, federal, and international laws, regulations, and guidelines concerning the procurement, handling, storage, use, and disposal of research chemicals. RNXresearch accepts no responsibility for the buyer's failure to comply with such regulations.
Limitation of Liability
RNXresearch shall not be held liable for any damages, whether direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential, arising from the use or misuse of its products. This includes, but is not limited to, damages for loss of profits, data, or other intangible losses, even if RNXresearch has been advised of the possibility of such damages. The buyer assumes all risks and liabilities associated with the use of research products obtained from RNXresearch.
